I'm trying to create a variable array in a family but struggling to understand how you achieved this in your example. I can create a parameter equal to your Count=Length/1' on a dimension, but I can't seem to apply that to the value of the array count.<br /><br />I am probably trying to run before I can walk, but was wondering if you know of a step-by-step tutorial (or book) that explains how your variable array of tiles family is created. I hadn't planned on getting into the various roof pitches with the nested family, but its definately the way to go for office wide use rather than just projec by project.
